Breaking records is contagious positive energy!  Whether the records are home runs, world class mountain summits, running marathons, massive weight loss or a personal health and fitness goal.  We all have records to set and break.  And we can learn so much from record breakers – Barry Bonds and Werner Berger both extraordinary individuals.

Bonds’ Record  #756

In following the baseball homerun fever of number 756 – Barry Bonds, age 43 proved that breaking Hank Aaron’s record was possible.  In a congratulatory statement to Bonds, Aaron said, "it’s a great accomplishment which required skill, longevity and determination.  My hope today is that the achievement of this record will inspire others to chase their own dreams."   What are your dreams?
