 Ahhh! Yes! Spring is finally here. Daylight hours have returned; March Madness is in full swing; temperatures in Pottstown creep back up into the 50s. (Hey, at least it’s not below freezing anymore!)Nevertheless, the time couldn’t be more right to get that exercise regimen into full swing.
