What is Body Pump
![]()
It’s a sixty minute workout with weights that will tone and strengthen your muscles. The workout is set to fantastic music that will drive you to do “just four more.” Your Les Mills Body Pump instructors have attended intense training for certification to give you the best and safest workout possible. Form and technique is the number one priority in Body Pump.
How Often to Take A Body Pump Class
Commit to two classes per week. If your schedule permits add a third class to accelerate your fitness results. Always remember to train every other day – leaving one day in between for your muscles to rest.
Coordination is not Required
Body Pump is a group weight training class. If you can workout and lift free weights, then you can do Body Pump!
Are You New to Exercise?
If you are now beginning a new lifestyle of exercise, then Body Pump is your perfectfit! Take a class and you will get and stay motivated with your fitness plan. Best of all, you will meet new club members and make some friends. Everyone needs a workout buddy! What about you?
Guys and Gals Workout in Body Pump Classes
Body Pump is about focusing on you! You choose your weights and decide how hard you want to work that day. Body Pump is similar to group personal training and there are no dancing steps – just hard work.
